I was really quite impressed with the film, not only is it urban fantasy (a genre criminally overlooked) but I liked the idea of it, parallel cultures always interest me, whether it's underground witches, vampires or whatever. It's a greet film with an interesting premise, also it's original, it's not based on other media and it's not a remake or sequel, films like that are important and they need to be supported.
Unfortunately it's been delayed but all I can find are articles that tell me it's all ready to go and not anything new. They did make money of the first just not 'domestically' and that's what counts however they have decided to make a sequel, the script is in the bag and had it not been for Covid it would be filmed and released by now.
